The SAS 2020 AGM for the 2019-2020 year will be held as a Virtual AGM on Monday 1st June 2020 at 7.30pm. All current plot tenants will receive an email invitation to attend. The Agenda for the meeting and papers presented for discussion at the meeting are presented below-right.
In 2012 Thames Water leased to the Streatley Parish Council some land near the Streatley Sewage Works. This has now been turned into allotments that are available to all local residents on both sides of the river. The plots have proven very popular and there is currently a short waiting list.
Streatley Parish Council has a memorandom of understanding with Streatley Allotment Society (SAS) who manage the day to day running of the allotment site.
There is a small group of individuals (the SAS Committee) that look after the interests of the plot holders,
and they meet informally every quarter. If you would like to go on the waiting list then
please get in contact with the membership secretary.
Documents adopted at the EGM held in 2017 are available as PDFs together with Fee and Deposit Bond levels as set at the AGM held on 4th April 2019. They can be downloaded by clicking the links below.
