Recreation and Youth
The Recreation and Youth portfolio is currently being managed by Emma Jhita
The requirement on Streatley Parish Council is to keep abreast of developments in these areas both at District level and by way of requests from local groups.
The parish council will also take the lead in assessing the prospects for the provision of funding, including grants from outside sources, for such schemes as are put forward.
A small group of private individuals are known as the 'Friends of Streatley Rec' and we are looking for more volunteers to help with looking after the recreation amenities.

The Friends of Streatley Recreation Ground (FoSR) is a group of local residents who are interested in the future of the recreation ground and its facilities. The group is open to anyone who is interested in helping to maintain and improve the recreation ground for the benefit of the local community.
